Apple adds the ability to make ringtones from your tunes that are purchased from iTunes. It seems to be limited to purchased songs. So you purchase a song for $.99 and then you can make it (all of it or part of it) a ringtone for an additional $.99. Seems kind of expensive.

You can't make ringtones from the CDs that you already own. Which would be really nice since you already own the music.
